In this process, you learn to know yourself and the other person better, and form bonds that are essential to overcoming difficult situations....and also join your thoughts together in creating a wise and useful approach to overcome difficulties.

- In addition, my two beautiful therapy cats, Boychik and ZsaZsa will help you find a sense of calm, and peace. This is, after all, a totally new situation, as our world has turned upside down. In an ideal response, people come together, form new connections and creative ways of coping. Of course, we wish this has never happened. But it has. And as long as it as, let us grow from it. And let us call upon a spiritual sense, in the best meaning of the word "spiritual" and remember the words of the Serenity Prayer: "God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
courage to change the things I can,
and wisdom to know the difference"
